This course takes you through how to adapt limbering, traditional poses, cooling and relaxation to a chair based practice.
By the end of the course, you will have a self created manual that you can use to plan a variety of chair yoga practices. Your tutor is Vicky, an experienced Chair Yoga Teacher and Trainer.
Content
In this course, we will look at suitable chairs for the practice and who may benefit from Chair Yoga. There will be exploration of how to modify limbering, asana, cooling and relaxation to a chair based practice and the creative use of props. We will also look at how best to promote your Chair Yoga classes. The training represents 6 contact hours of study and is eligible for 6 CPD points.
